This is the first time I’ve ever really compared my new body to my old body. The process was so gradual that I never really had a sudden “BAM! I feel so different and skinny and healthy!” moment. I know it sounds weird, but I still feel like I’m walking around in my old body. It’s amazing to see that big changes really did take place. I’m so proud of myself :3 Motivation to keep up the hard work!

Remember guys, things don’t happen overnight. I know it can be frustrating, especially if you’re super impatient like I am, but stick with it and you won’t be sorry. <3
